Hi, I'm Henk, also known as Tiecelin. I am a Dutch medieval historian and professional heraldist and heraldic artist with the Centraal Bureau voor Genealogie in The Hague. I'm the designer of many Dutch civilians'and civic arms. I'm looking forward to a fruitful exchange of views.
